Refund policy

All of our orders are first signed off by a Pharmacist and within a few days we will send a dispatch notification email, after this the order should be delivered within two days via Royal Mail. This entire process can take up to 5 days (but it's usually much quicker)!

If you require to return your item unopened and unused, please contact us immediately.
